What this site is, and what it is not
This is an independent review of Spinorhino. It is not the casino, it is not owned by the casino and it cannot act on anyone’s account. What follows describes how the site works and what a reader can and cannot expect from it. If you came looking for the operator’s own account agreement, that lives on the operator’s site behind registration, not here.
In one line: this site reviews Spinorhino, it does not run it. No account, no deposit, no payout and no bonus can be arranged here.
1. The site is not the operator
Spinorhino is run from spino-rhino.com. Who runs it is not something this site can state, because the operator publishes no company name, no registration number and no regulator; third-party pages name Jetrholoco Limitada and Costa Rica, and that cannot be verified in any public register. This site is published separately from whoever that operator is. It opens no accounts, holds no funds, takes no deposits, processes no withdrawals, issues no bonuses and cannot verify anyone’s identity or age. Nothing written here creates a contract between a reader and the operator.
2. What can be answered here, and what cannot
Questions about the published bonus terms and the arithmetic behind them are answered on this site, because they can be checked against the operator’s own pages. Questions about a particular account — a pending withdrawal, a rejected document, a bonus that was not credited — can only be answered by the operator, through its live chat or by email to [email protected]. A message sent to this site cannot move a payout.
3. Where the figures come from
Figures published here are taken from the operator’s own public pages, and the source is named wherever the figure matters. Where something is not published anywhere — the licence, the regulator, the operating company, withdrawal processing times, daily limits — this site says it is absent rather than filling the gap, because inventing a regulator or a payout time is the most common failure of pages in this category.
4. Figures change without notice
Bonus percentages, minimum deposits, wagering multipliers and validity windows change at the operator’s discretion, often without announcement. A figure on this site is accurate as of the last revision of the page and is not a promise. Before depositing, read the terms on the operator’s own promotion page: that page, not this one, is what the operator will hold you to.
5. Affiliate links
Links to the operator on this site may be commercial: if a reader registers after following one, this site may receive a commission. That arrangement pays for the site, which is why it is stated plainly rather than buried. It does not change the figures above, and no part of the commission depends on a reader losing money. Where the operator’s weak points are relevant — no published licence, no named company, no stated payout times, a 35× requirement inside a ten-day window — they are written down in the same words they would carry if there were no commission at all.
6. No advice, and no guaranteed outcome
Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice, and no strategy described anywhere on this site changes the mathematical edge of a casino game. The explanations of RTP, volatility and wagering exist to make a cost visible, not to make it disappear. Over enough play a house edge produces a loss; that is how the product is built, not a mistake in the playing.
7. Age and jurisdiction
Gambling is for adults. The age notice on the operator’s own pages reads 24+ rather than the usual 18+, which is higher than the legal minimum in most of Europe and worth noticing before you register. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in many jurisdictions — the Netherlands, where this operator aims, licenses online gambling through the Kansspelautoriteit, and an operator without a Dutch licence is not permitted to target Dutch players. Knowing the rule that applies where you are is the reader’s responsibility. This site does not encourage anyone to gamble where it is unlawful.
8. Responsible gambling
If gambling has stopped being entertainment, the useful steps are practical ones: set a deposit limit before you play rather than after, treat a bonus as a cost with a known price rather than as free money, and never answer a loss with a larger stake. One consequence of this operator naming no regulator deserves stating here: there is no external body to escalate a dispute to, and no shared exclusion register behind a self-exclusion set with it. Free national help lines exist in most countries.
9. Links and third-party content
This site links to external pages: the operator itself, game studios, public registers. Those pages are outside this site’s control and can change or disappear. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the page it points to.
10. Text and images
The text on this site is written for it. Brand names, logos and game titles belong to their owners and appear here for identification and comment, which is what a review is for. Quoting a passage with a link back is welcome; republishing a page whole is not.
11. Corrections
A figure that is wrong should be corrected rather than defended. Corrections can be sent to the contact address in the footer of this page, and one that can be checked will be made and the page re-dated.
12. Changes to this page
This page changes as the site changes. The date below records the last revision.
